Lama Chopa; 上師薈供; Tibetan: བླ་མ་མཆོད་པ (Lama Chopa); Wylie: bla ma mchod pa; Sanskrit: Guru Puja;
The Lama Chopa (guru puja) was first written down in Tibetan verse by Panchen Lozang Chögyen based in secret oral teachings. It is a detailed meditation on all the stages of the path to enlightenment, including making offerings and requesting blessing from the lama or our guru.
It is normally practiced on each 10th and 25th of Tibetan calendar.
