Anatman, Selfless; 無我; Tibetan: བདག་མེད (bdag med); Wylie: bdag med; Sanskrit: Anatman; Pali: Anatta;
Anatman refers to the Buddhist doctrine of total absence of a “soul”, self or knowable existence, internal or external to a person’s body and mind. Each living being is only an association of five Aggregates (skandhas), which disintegrate at death.
佛教教義說,每一個生命只是五蘊的聚合,在死亡時分解,沒有永恆的自我靈魂。
