Lankavatara Sutra, « Scripture of the Descent into Laṅka », composed in India possibly during the 4th or 5th century CE, is a prominent Mahayana Buddhist sutra particularly in the Zen and Yogacara schools. This sutra recounts a teaching primarily between Gautama Buddha and a bodhisattva named Mahamati, « Great Wisdom ». The sutra is set in Laṅka, the island fortress capital of Ravaṇa, the king of the rakṣasa demons.
《楞伽經》又稱《楞伽阿跋多羅寶經》,據信成書於公元4至5世紀的印度,是一部重要的大乘佛教經典,特別在禪宗和瑜伽行派中尤為重要。
