Yaksas, one of Eight Legions (Astasena), are the attendants of Vaisravaṇa, the Heavenly King of the north. Yaksas are benevolent nature spirits connected with water, forest and wilderness.
夜叉是佛教謂一種捷疾勇健的鬼道眾生,是天龍八部護法之一。
